Installation steps:
1. Connect the SDI input interface to the SDI signal source using a coaxial cable
2. The SDI output can be linked to other display devices that accept SDI signal input
3. Power on the device, and it will begin operation

Functional description:
1. SDI distribution function: Connect the hardware as per the three "Installation steps", and the SDI splitter will commence normal operation. The SDI splitter is equipped to handle SD-SDI (270Mbps), high-resolution HD-SDI (1.485Gbps), and fully HD 3G-SDI (2.97 Gbps) video formats for SDI video distribution
2. Extension function: This product accommodates cable lengths up to (Belden-1694A); SDI input and output range: SD supports up to 400m, HD supports up to 200m, and 3G supports up to 100m (theoretical value, actual distance may vary based on cable quality)
3. Wide voltage concept: integrated wide voltage design, supporting DC5V~36V voltage input (maximum power up to 2W)
4. Intelligent design: It utilizes hardware-based processing to facilitate easy plug-and-play, and can automatically detect various SDI signals. When a valid SDI signal is present, the LED indicator lights up green. If there is no signal or if the signal does not meet the standard, the LED indicator will turn off, making it easier for engineers to diagnose issues.

Shipping Policy

Processing starts the day you place your order and usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST begin processing the next business day. We ship only within Australia, and shipping is always free.

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to delays outside our control.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately—address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.
