What are the setup steps?

No Wi-Fi Needed for Live Viewing - The RV Trailer Reverse Camera comes with a special hotspot feature, allowing you to connect the camera directly to your phone without needing Wi-Fi! Video and audio will stay in sync through the hotspot, which functions effectively within a range of 30m indoors.

Motion Sensing & Infrared Night Vision -Thanks to the enhanced smart motion detection feature, you can manually adjust the sensor's sensitivity. As soon as movement is detected, your device will receive a push notification along with snapshot images. The device ensures clarity in video recordings even in low-light conditions.

Integrated Magnet & 360° Rotating Mount -The internal magnet allows the camera to be mounted on any metallic surfaces. The set includes a 360° rotational bracket and a 150° wide-angle lens, providing the flexibility to adjust the angle as needed.

Rechargeable Battery - You can connect the camera to a charger (or a portable power bank) whenever necessary and charge it via the USB port.

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to delays outside our control.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately—address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.
