- What is an AirTag?

Apple's latest, innovative, and top-tier tracking system is called AirTag.

AirTag allows you to keep track of everything by connecting to the "Find My" network (the same platform used to locate lost iPhones or PCs).

To set up the AirTag, you will also need an iPhone or iPad Touch.

- Does the AirTag dog collar include an Apple AirTag?

No, while our product is the perfect AirTag accessory for your dog, you need to purchase the AirTag separately.

Once you make a purchase with us, we will provide you with a secure link to the item so you can buy one directly from Apple.

- How does AirTag work?

The AirTag collar for cats utilizes Bluetooth and Near Field Communication (NFC) to communicate its location to other wireless devices like PCs and smartphones.

Most smartphones (Android and iOS) can detect Bluetooth and NFC signals as these are globally recognized signals.

When you put the AirTag into lost mode and wait for an NFC-enabled device to pick up the signal, AirTag owners can track a lost bag, a misplaced set of keys, or even a missing pet, making it an ideal AirTag pet collar.

If this occurs, a signal will be sent through Apple's "Find My" network to help you locate your lost item (or pet).

Any Apple device connected to the internet can access the "Find My" network.

Shipping Policy

Processing starts the day you place your order and usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST begin processing the next business day. We ship only within Australia, and shipping is always free.

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to delays outside our control.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately—address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at support@rynx.com.au so we can help.
