The vibration-based Rynx collar for dogs is user-friendly and features two buttons.

• Press and hold the button to turn the device on or off. After powering on, you can use the "△" button to adjust the sensitivity to your needs.
• Simply press the power button to switch to the desired mode. Stop the barking without harming the dogs. Choose the most appropriate mode that meets your requirements.
• For large dogs with loud barking, the sensitivity should be set between 1-4; for small dogs with gentle barking between 4-6.
• Level 7 is the most sensitive and is usually used for testing triggers without motion detection. In practice, it is recommended to select sensitivity levels 1-6.
• Note: False triggering is often caused by improper sensitivity settings.

Answer 1: We recommend that your dog does not wear the Rynx collar for more than 12 hours a day. Check your dog's skin daily and clean the neck and muzzle frequently to avoid irritation.

Question 2: How old should my dog be to use a Rynx collar?

Answer 2: We advise waiting until your dog is 6 months old before using a Rynx collar.

Question 3: Can other barking dogs activate my dog's collar?

Answer 3: The training collars respond to movement and barking but are able to effectively filter out other sounds to prevent false alarms and protect your dog from unintended shocks or unnecessary penalties.

Question 4: How do the different modes work?

Answer 4: The modes act in a preset order: ultrasound → vibration → shock. After one mode is completed, the next one follows immediately.

Question 5: The strap of the Rynx collar is too long for my dog's neck.

Answer 5: To accommodate different dog neck sizes, our collar is adjustable up to 25 inches. If the received collar is too long, you can cut off the excess part and seal the cut edge with a lighter. Be cautious about fire safety when using a lighter.
