All our prints are made on demand and are either printed on 240gsm matte coated heavy art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-color ink technology. The unique composition of the ink combined with high-quality materials ensures that this print remains vibrant and sharp while preventing color fading over time.

Sustainable Framing
Most customers opt to have their prints framed by our in-house team, who craft all frames to order. Options for black grain, white grain, or honey oak are sourced from sustainable origins. Our framed art is fitted with crystal styrene for safety during transit and at home, ensuring longevity. Frames arrive ready to be hung on your wall.

Secure Packaging
All our A4 prints are packaged in a clear cellophane bag with a reinforced backing board and dispatched in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are sent rolled in durable tubes. Framed prints and canvas images arrive shrink-wrapped and securely packed in a weather-resistant reinforced cardboard cover to ensure they reach your door safely, ready to be hung on the wall.

Fast Shipping
Framed orders in the UK are typically dispatched within two days using a next-day tracking service. A4 prints are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

Return and Refund Policy

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
