Quality Print
All of our prints are made to order and are produced on either 240gsm matte coated heavy art paper or 260gsm canvas material utilizing vibrant 12-color ink systems. The unique formulation of the ink combined with high-quality materials ensures that this print remains stunning and vivid, preventing color fading over time.

Sustainable Framing
The majority of customers opt to have their print framed by our in-house team, who handcraft all frames to order. You can choose from black, white, or honey oak veneer sourced from sustainable suppliers. Our framed artworks are covered with crystal styrene for safety during shipping and at home, as well as to ensure longevity. The frames arrive ready to be hung on the wall.

Secure Packaging
All our A4 prints are packaged in a clear cellophane bag with a reinforced backing board and shipped in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are sent rolled in strong tubes. Framed prints and canvases arrive shrink-wrapped and securely packed in weather-resistant reinforced cardboard packing to ensure safe delivery to your door, ready to hang.

Fast Shipping
Orders for frames from the UK are usually dispatched within two days with a tracking service for next day delivery. A4 prints are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

Return and Refund Policy

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
