Quality Printing
All our prints are made to order and printed on 240gsm matte coated heavyweight art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-color ink digital processes. The unique ink formula used, in combination with premium media, ensures that this print remains sharp and colorful while preventing fading over time.

Eco-Friendly Framing
The majority of clients opt to have their print framed by our in-house team, who crafts all frames by hand upon order. Options include black grain, white grain, or honey oak sourced sustainably. Our framed art is protected with crystal styrene for safety during shipping and at home, ensuring longevity. The frames arrive ready to be hung on your wall.

Secure Packaging
All our A4 prints are packaged in a clear cellophane bag with a reinforced backing card and sent in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are shipped rolled in solid tubes. Framed prints and canvases arrive shrink-wrapped and securely packed in weather-resistant reinforced cardboard, making sure they reach your doorstep safely and ready to hang.

Fast Shipping
Framed orders within the UK are typically dispatched within two days via an overnight 24-hour tracked courier service. A4 prints are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

Return and Refund Policy

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
