All our prints are made to order and are printed on either 240gsm matte coated art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric, utilizing vivid 12-color ink digital processes. The unique ink formula combined with high-quality media ensures that this print remains bright and sharp, preventing color fading over time.

Sustainable Framing
Most customers opt to have their print framed by our in-house team, which crafts all frames by hand on demand. Options for black oak, white oak, or honey oak hardwood sourced from sustainable suppliers are available. Our framed artwork is glazed with crystal styrene for safety during transport and in the home, as well as to ensure longevity. The frames arrive ready to hang on your wall.

Secure Packaging
All our A4 prints are packed in a clear cello bag with a reinforced backing board and sent in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are shipped rolled in durable tubes. Framed prints and canvas art arrive shrink-wrapped and securely packaged in a weather-resistant, reinforced cardboard cover to ensure safe delivery to your door, ready to be hung.

Fast Shipping
Framed orders within the UK are typically dispatched within two days using an overnight 24-hour tracking service. A4 prints are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

Return and Refund Policy

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
