Quality Print
All our prints are made to order and are either printed on 240gsm matte art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-color inkjet processes. The unique formulation of the ink, along with high-quality media, ensures that this print remains sharp and vibrant, preventing color fading over time.

Sustainable Framing
Most customers prefer to have their prints framed by our in-house team, which handcrafts all frames to order. Options like black, white, or honey oak wood are sourced sustainably. Our framed artwork is shielded with crystal styrene for safety during transport and at home, ensuring longevity. Frames arrive ready to hang on the wall.

Secure Packaging
All our A4 prints are packed in a clear cellophane sleeve with a reinforced backing board and shipped in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are sent rolled in robust tubes. Framed prints and canvases are wrapped in shrink-wrap and securely packed in weather-resistant and reinforced cardboard to arrive safely at your door, ready to hang on the wall.

Fast Shipping
Framed orders within the UK are typically dispatched within two days using next-day 24-hour trackable courier service. A4 prints are sent via Royal Mail First Class.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

Return and Refund Policy

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
