Why aren't the solar torch lights working?
1: Place the solar flame lights in direct sunlight for 10 hours before initial use. The battery may have discharged during shipping, as it has gone through mass production from our factory.
2: For decorative solar lights, after several uses, turn off the lamp and place it in sunlight for 10 hours to recharge the solar torch batteries.
3: If the battery capacity of the outdoor torch decreases over time, turn off the light for 3-5 sunny days to recharge the batteries.

Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.
