You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, weβll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll let you know if itβs approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.
