The product images are taken by professional photographers. Different screens may display colors differently.
For example, a white rug may appear beige on a mobile device but show another hue on a computer.
This is not a quality issue. Please refer to the actual product.
Regarding Size:
As all rugs are handmade, there can be a variance of 1-5 cm, and we will strive to minimize this discrepancy.
Measurements will be taken again before shipping to ensure size accuracy.
On Fold Marks:
Due to shipping constraints in some regions, certain rugs may need to be folded for packaging.
Folds may occur, which is not considered a quality issue.
These folds will disappear over time and can also be addressed with a low steam iron.

About Delivery Times:
Under normal circumstances, items are shipped 4-7 days after ordering, and it may take 7-15 days in exceptional situations.
Shipping can be slower due to possible mistakes in the production of the custom rug.
If you need urgent production arrangements, you can opt for expedited shipping or contact us.

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
