Use coarse needles to remove dark spots, and fine needles to remove moles, sebaceous cysts, age spots, flat warts, acne, etc. It is recommended to use the large needle on a low level to remove small moles and dark spots.

It is recommended to start with easily accessible areas such as arms or legs. Do not treat areas larger than 2–3 cm at a time. Use the device on the face and other sensitive areas after you have become familiar with it. Keep the skin taut during treatment to alleviate pain.

The scar will fall off in about a week. The new skin is pink and the melanin will gradually fade. Recovery time may vary from person to person, as each individual's ability to heal is different.

Try to avoid getting the affected area in contact with water for a week to speed up healing. Let the crust fall off naturally and do not rub it with your fingers. Keep the wound clean.

If you need to come into contact with water after using the device, it is recommended to apply a waterproof sticker to avoid inflammation.

To avoid inflammation, maintain a light diet plan for one month after using the device. Avoid spicy or pigmented foods such as soy sauce and beef. Protect your skin from sunlight.

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.
