Our Poplar design in antique brass represents our take on the timeless Victorian cubed knob.
We have streamlined the design, featuring a flatter handle and a low-profile 'screwless' rose (the screws are concealed within). This knob is an ideal fit for period homes with a contemporary twist or for new residences looking to add a touch of tradition.
This version of the Poplar comes with a fixed spindle. It's typically used on double doors to provide a sturdy attachment for the handle on the inactive side. You can push or pull it, but it won't rotate.
There's also no risk of the knob slipping from your grip – the spindle is securely fastened to the handle, keeping it firmly in place.
Antique brass is known as a 'living' finish because it reacts to the surrounding air and humidity, causing it to darken (particularly in areas you touch most frequently). We have enhanced its appeal by hand-aging it, so it boasts that antique look right out of the box.

At Rynx, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs.
