Domestic shipments typically take 3 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday). The order deadline is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). The processing time for domestic orders is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them at every step of the way! There may occasionally be delays that are beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.

Processing starts the day you place your order and usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST begin processing the next business day. We ship only within Australia, and shipping is always free.
Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to delays outside our control.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately—address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at support@rynx.com.au so we can help.
