HOW DOES IT WORK?

No matter the underlying cause, snoring occurs when our throats relax while we sleep. The extra effort required to breathe can cause us to awaken, sometimes with a loud gasp (or a nudge from your partner).

Once we are awake again, our normal breathing resumes and we fall asleep once more. This can happen several times during the night, and often we're unaware of these disruptions (unless we feel particularly fatigued in the morning).

The Snore Circle addresses this issue by monitoring your breathing and the vibrations of your bones during sleep. When it detects that you are starting to snore, it emits micro-sounds and tiny vibrations that alert your brain. When your brain receives this signal, you gently wake up, shift your position, and clear your airways.

The Snore Circle identifies your snoring patterns early on and intervenes softly before breathing difficulties arise and your partner's sleep gets disturbed. The result is deeper sleep and reduced snoring.

Shipping Policy

Processing starts the day you place your order and usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST begin processing the next business day. We ship only within Australia, and shipping is always free.

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to delays outside our control.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately—address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.
