About Butyl Rubber:

The highly water-resistant tape is commonly known as foil tape. These tapes utilize butyl rubber, which retains its stickiness and pressure sensitivity even in cold weather, providing excellent adhesive strength. It creates an immediate, long-lasting seal against water, air, or dust and remains flexible. They are ideal for filling gaps and sealing joints, such as on screw flanges and cylindrical ducts in HVAC systems, air conditioning housings, roofs and cladding systems, RV roofs and panels, car windows and taillights, as well as on glass and metal.

Tips:

Wear gloves to prevent your hands from sticking due to the strong adhesiveness.
In winter, it is advisable to use a hairdryer to warm the tape before applying it.
Avoid peeling it off within 24 hours after application.

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, your order should arrive within 2–10 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately—address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped. Return and Refund Policy

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your complete order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return or exchange items for reasons such as wrong size, incorrect item received, fit issues, or damaged/defective products. If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns can only be sent by mail using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved and, if so, process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fee.
