Warning
1. Ensure that the drives in use do not have bad sectors to prevent data transfer errors, overheating, and damage to the docking station.
2. Confirm that the capacity of the target disk is greater than or equal to that of the source disk.
3. Avoid plugging or unplugging any HDD or SSD while operating another drive.
4. Safeguard files on the target hard drive before cloning. All files on the target hard drive will be overwritten during the offline cloning process.
5. To prevent data loss, do not remove or disconnect drives while any drive is functioning in the docking station. Please turn off the docking station before removing.

Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
The total delivery time is the sum of processing and delivery, which means your order should arrive within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.
