It supports the UASP acceleration protocol, allowing for theoretical data transfer rates of up to 10Gbps. When paired with high-performance NVMe media, the read/write speeds can reach up to 1000 Mbytes/sec. Included are both a USB-C to USB-A cable and a USB-A to USB-C OTG adapter, compatible with USB-C and USB-A hosts.
2. Compatible SSD Drive: M.2 NVMe SSDs (SSD not included). Supports USB-C Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 3 hosts at speeds up to 10Gbps, as well as USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.0 systems that provide up to 5Gbps. Compatible with 2230/2242/2260/2280 NVMe SSDs. Not suitable for M.2 SATA SSDs, M.2 PCIe AHCI SSDs, or other M.2 PCIe devices.
3. Supported Systems: Portable, plug & play, no drivers necessary, and compatible with Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, and smartphones with OTG functionality. The SSD file system must be supported by the host operating system to be accessible.
